3.用于食物行業(yè)，因為其能夠有效地防止低鈉綜合癥的發(fā)作，故能夠作為食物增加劑。葡萄糖酸鈉和葡萄糖酸鉀有優(yōu)良的呈味閾。葡萄糖酸鈉無刺激性，無苦澀味，鹽味質(zhì)挨近食鹽，閾值遠高于其他有機酸鹽，是食鹽(無機鹽)的5倍、蘋果酸鈉的2.6倍、乳酸鈉的16.3倍。葡萄糖酸鈉和葡萄糖酸鉀在食物加工中用于調(diào)理pH，改進食物呈味性，替代食鹽加工成健康的低鹽或無鹽(無氯化鈉)食物，對增進人體健康、豐厚人們生活起很大效果。

4.污水處理調(diào)試期間投加工業(yè)葡萄糖等是為了供應碳源，這是為了更好的培育細菌，提高污水的可生化性。若工作的系統(tǒng)中COD、BOD不足以供應菌種生長繁殖的話，就需要另外投加，以防污泥老化，生物活性下降。

4. During the commissioning of sewage treatment, industrial glucose is added to supply carbon source, which is to better cultivate bacteria and improve the biodegradability of sewage. 5.在食物、醫(yī)藥工業(yè)上可直接運用，在印染制革工業(yè)中作還原劑，在制鏡工業(yè)和熱水瓶膽鍍銀工藝中常用葡萄糖作還原劑。工業(yè)上還大量用葡萄糖為原料組成維生素C(抗壞血酸)。

5. It can be directly used in food and medicine industry. It can be used as reducing agent in printing, dyeing and leather industry, and glucose is commonly used as reducing agent in mirror industry and silver plating process of hot water bottle. In industry, a large amount of glucose is used as raw material to form vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
