工作人員使用甲酸時(shí)需要做好哪些措施呢?

　　1、工作人員自身的防護(hù)

　　呼吸道防護(hù)：空氣中甲酸濃度超過(guò)限值，工作人員應(yīng)該配備專業(yè)性的口罩。

　　皮膚接觸：戴橡膠手套、穿防酸工作服(圍裙)和膠靴，工作場(chǎng)所應(yīng)設(shè)安全淋浴和眼睛沖洗器具。

　　Skin contact: wear rubber gloves, acid proof overalls (aprons) and rubber boots. Safety shower and eye washing equipment should be set up in the workplace.

　　眼睛：專業(yè)佩戴化學(xué)防濺眼鏡。

　　2、發(fā)生意外的應(yīng)急急救

　　皮膚接觸：馬上脫去被污染衣物，皮膚接觸部分用大量清水清洗，并及時(shí)就醫(yī)。

　　眼睛接觸：使眼瞼張開(kāi)，用生理鹽水或微溫緩慢流水沖洗患眼20分鐘，并就醫(yī)。

　　由專業(yè)人員，佩戴專業(yè)護(hù)具對(duì)已泄露在地面的甲酸，用砂土或其它不燃材料吸附或吸收也可將地面撒上蘇打灰，并用大量水沖洗，并將水引導(dǎo)處理，防止污染地下水，如果泄漏量過(guò)大，一定要將泄露液體收集，轉(zhuǎn)移處理，防止二次污染。
