萘在遠(yuǎn)低于沸點溫度下，就具有很大的蒸氣壓，因而在加熱時，固體萘能夠不經(jīng)過液態(tài)直接變?yōu)檩琳魵?，而萘蒸氣在冷卻時又可不經(jīng)過液態(tài)而直接轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殂y白色固體。因此，固體和液體萘均能以這種形式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檩练蹓m。萘粉塵的主要散發(fā)點有：萘的貯槽、萘的成型設(shè)備等。

The main emission points of naphthalene dust include: naphthalene storage tank, naphthalene forming equipment, etc.

某焦化廠的工業(yè)萘產(chǎn)品槽區(qū)域包括6個工業(yè)萘儲槽、液萘發(fā)貨裝置和萘結(jié)片系統(tǒng)，廢氣源主要有：6個工業(yè)萘槽的放散氣(2個工業(yè)萘高置槽、3個工業(yè)萘產(chǎn)品槽、油配裝置區(qū)1個3000m3工業(yè)萘大槽)、液萘發(fā)貨產(chǎn)生的廢氣、萘結(jié)片機(jī)組產(chǎn)生的廢氣。工業(yè)萘高置槽、工業(yè)萘產(chǎn)品槽、工業(yè)萘大槽、液萘發(fā)貨、萘結(jié)片機(jī)組產(chǎn)生的萘揮發(fā)廢氣，屬于非甲烷總烴。

The waste gas sources mainly include: the exhaust gas of 6 industrial naphthalene tanks (2 industrial naphthalene high-level tanks, 3 industrial naphthalene product tanks, 1 3000m3 industrial naphthalene tank in the oil distribution unit area), the waste gas generated by liquid naphthalene delivery and the waste gas generated by naphthalene flake unit. The naphthalene volatile waste gas generated by industrial naphthalene high setting tank, industrial naphthalene product tank, industrial naphthalene large tank, liquid naphthalene delivery and naphthalene flake unit belongs to non methane total hydrocarbon.

萘結(jié)片機(jī)組產(chǎn)生的廢氣有一套布袋式捕集裝置，主要是將萘結(jié)片生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的升華萘通過排風(fēng)機(jī)抽入脈沖袋式除塵器，升華萘被布袋捕集回收，尾氣經(jīng)消聲器由煙囪外排。目前運行效果良好，但6個工業(yè)萘儲槽、液萘發(fā)貨產(chǎn)生的廢氣沒有收集裝置和設(shè)施，產(chǎn)生的廢氣無組織排放，嚴(yán)重影響了環(huán)境。工業(yè)萘產(chǎn)品槽區(qū)域廢氣主要存在如下問題：1)工業(yè)萘槽無廢氣處理設(shè)施，升華萘容易通過槽頂取樣口、放散口逸出，影響環(huán)境;2)工業(yè)萘槽收送料前后均采用蒸氣吹掃，吹掃作業(yè)會造成槽內(nèi)升華萘從槽頂逸出，影響環(huán)境;3)液萘發(fā)貨產(chǎn)生的廢氣未經(jīng)處理無組織排放，影響大氣環(huán)境。

At present, the operation effect is good, but the waste gas generated by 6 industrial naphthalene storage tanks and liquid naphthalene delivery has no collection devices and facilities, and the waste gas is discharged unorganized, which has seriously affected the environment. The waste gas in the industrial naphthalene product tank area mainly has the following problems: 1) there is no waste gas treatment facility in the industrial naphthalene tank, and the sublimated naphthalene is easy to escape through the sampling port and discharge port on the tank top, affecting the environment; 2) The industrial naphthalene tank is purged by steam before and after receiving and feeding. The purging operation will cause the sublimated naphthalene in the tank to escape from the tank top and affect the environment; 3) The waste gas generated from the delivery of liquid naphthalene is discharged without treatment, affecting the atmospheric environment.
