1、泄漏應(yīng)急處理

隔離泄漏污染區(qū)，周圍設(shè)警告標(biāo)志，建議應(yīng)急處理人員戴好防毒面具，穿化學(xué)防護(hù)服。不要直接接觸泄漏物，用潔清的鏟子收集于干燥凈潔有蓋的容器中，以少量加入大量水中，或通入二氧化碳或者弱酸，調(diào)節(jié)至中性，再放入廢水系統(tǒng)。也可以用大量水沖洗，或通入二氧化碳或者弱酸，經(jīng)稀釋的洗水放入廢水系統(tǒng)。如大量泄漏，收集回收或無害處理后廢棄。

Isolate the leakage pollution area, set warning signs around it, and suggest that emergency treatment personnel wear gas masks and chemical protective clothing. Do not directly contact the leakage, collect it in a dry and clean container with a clean shovel, add a large amount of water in a small amount, or add carbon dioxide or weak acid, adjust it to neutral, and then put it into the wastewater system. It can also be washed with a large amount of water, or filled with carbon dioxide or weak acid, and the diluted washing water is put into the wastewater system. If there is a large amount of leakage, it shall be collected and recycled or discarded after harmless treatment.

呼吸系統(tǒng)防護(hù)：必要時佩帶防毒口罩。

眼睛防護(hù)：戴化學(xué)防護(hù)眼鏡。

Eye protection: wear chemical protective glasses.

防護(hù)服：穿工作服(防腐材料制作)。

Protective clothing: wear work clothes (made of anti-corrosion materials).

手防護(hù)：戴橡皮手套(合成橡膠)。

Hand protection: wear rubber gloves (synthetic rubber).

其它：工作后，淋浴更衣。注意個人清潔衛(wèi)生。

Others: shower and change clothes after work. Pay attention to personal hygiene.

3、急救措施

3. First aid measures

皮膚接觸：立即用水沖洗至少15分鐘有條件的用弱酸清洗傷口(如醋酸、硼酸)。若有灼傷，就醫(yī)進(jìn)行診治。

Skin contact: immediately rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. If possible, clean the wound with weak acid (such as acetic acid and boric acid). In case of burns, seek medical attention.

眼睛接觸：立即提起眼瞼，用流動清水或生理鹽水沖洗至少15分鐘。或用3%硼酸溶液沖洗。就醫(yī)。

Eye contact: lift the eyelids immediately and rinse with flowing water or normal saline for at least 15 minutes. Or rinse with 3% boric acid solution. See a doctor.

吸入：迅速脫離現(xiàn)場至空氣新鮮處。必要時進(jìn)行人工呼吸。就醫(yī)。

Inhalation: quickly leave the site to a place with fresh air. Artificial respiration if necessary. See a doctor.

食入：患者清醒時立即漱口，口服稀釋的醋或檸檬汁，就醫(yī)。滅火方法：霧狀水、砂土、二氧化碳。

Ingestion: when the patient is awake, rinse his mouth immediately, take orally diluted vinegar or lemon juice, and seek medical attention. Fire extinguishing method: fog water, sand and carbon dioxide.

氫氧化鉀應(yīng)急處理

Potassium hydroxide emergency treatment

隔離泄漏污染區(qū)，限制出入。建議應(yīng)急處理人員戴防塵面具，穿防毒服。勿使泄漏物與還原劑、易燃物或金屬粉末接觸。不要直接接觸泄漏物。小量泄漏：用潔凈的鏟子收集于干燥、潔凈、有蓋的容器中。大量泄漏：收集回收或運(yùn)至廢物處理場所處置。

Isolate the leakage contaminated area and restrict access. It is recommended that emergency treatment personnel wear dust masks and gas suits. Do not let the leakage come into contact with reducing agent, inflammable or metal powder. Do not touch the leakage directly. Small leakage: collect it in a dry, clean and covered container with a clean shovel. Massive leakage: collect, recycle or transport to waste disposal site for disposal.
