將富萘油與洗苯富油同時在一個蒸餾塔內(nèi)蒸餾，從塔的側(cè)線切出萘餾分。這種方法建設(shè)投資低，但是萘餾分中含萘量低，洗油損耗大。

這個方法的大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是不要蒸餾裝置，建設(shè)費(fèi)用約為前述方法的一半，并且不必?fù)?dān)心因腐蝕而中斷操作。在處理萘比較麻煩的冬季，因水溫低；煤氣冷卻的幅度可增大，所以效率也提高。能夠大大改進(jìn)維護(hù)檢修。但是，采用型式的涼水架冷卻循環(huán)水時，會污染環(huán)境，如果是換熱器，則擔(dān)心堵塞管子，尤其作為動力，每小時需消耗幾噸蒸汽，所以操作費(fèi)增高些。
