目前精萘的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)法，一般采用箱式分步結(jié)晶、似精餾原理的區(qū)域熔融結(jié)晶方法，工藝包括工業(yè)萘的溶解、冷卻、發(fā)汗、結(jié)晶等重復(fù)性的五級或七級分步結(jié)晶。在“萘”的結(jié)晶過程中，由于雜質(zhì)硫茚與萘?xí)纬晒踩垠w，也會在結(jié)晶中析出，降低純化能力。為達(dá)到所需的純度，需多次重復(fù)這樣的結(jié)晶操作。但受分離推動力的限制，獲得的產(chǎn)品精萘仍含有硫茚0.2～0.5%，甚至0.9%，它是影響“萘”制四氫化萘、十氫化萘 (萘滿) 催化劑壽命以及碳纖維質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素之一。

To achieve the desired purity, this crystallization operation needs to be repeated multiple times. However, due to the limitation of separation driving force, the obtained refined naphthalene still contains 0.2-0.5% or even 0.9% of thionines, which is one of the key factors affecting the lifespan of catalysts for the production of tetrahydronaphthalene and decahydronaphthalene (naphthalene) from naphthalene, as well as the quality of carbon fibers.
