The main equipment for producing industrial naphthalene

1、精餾塔：工業(yè)萘精餾塔一般采用浮閥塔，浮閥板層50—70層，塔徑按處理量的大小有800—1200mm。

1. Distillation tower: Industrial naphthalene distillation tower generally uses a float valve tower, with 50-70 layers of float valve plates, and a tower diameter of 800-1200mm according to the processing capacity.

2、冷凝冷卻器：冷凝冷卻器是一個(gè)直徑為1.2m，長(zhǎng)為3.376m，冷卻面積為122m2的列管式換熱器，生產(chǎn)時(shí)冷卻水走管內(nèi)，萘蒸汽以138-140℃的溫度從器頂進(jìn)入管間，換熱后再以80—90℃的溫度從器底呈液體流出。冷卻水從器底進(jìn)入，器上部以40—50℃溫度流出

2. Condensing cooler: A condensing cooler is a tubular heat exchanger with a diameter of 1.2m, a length of 3.376m, and a cooling area of 122m2. During production, the cooling water flows through the pipes, and naphthalene vapor enters the pipes at a temperature of 138-140 ℃ from the top of the condenser. After heat exchange, it flows out as a liquid at a temperature of 80-90 ℃ from the bottom of the condenser. Cooling water enters from the bottom of the device and flows out from the top at a temperature of 40-50 ℃

3、轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)：其結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1-8所示圖1-8 轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)是將熔融狀態(tài)的萘連續(xù)冷卻成固態(tài)散裝萘的機(jī)器。轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)由機(jī)殼、保溫池、轉(zhuǎn)鼓、刮刀、冷卻水管和傳動(dòng)裝置組成。

3. Drum crystallizer: Its structure is shown in Figures 1-8. Drum crystallizer is a machine that continuously cools molten naphthalene into solid bulk naphthalene. The drum crystallizer consists of a casing, insulation pool, drum, scraper, cooling water pipe, and transmission device.

4、工業(yè)萘汽化冷凝冷卻器：汽化冷凝冷卻器由上、下兩部分組成。
