精萘又名萘（精），白色易揮發(fā)晶體，有溫和芳香氣味，粗萘有煤焦油臭味，閃點(diǎn)80℃，熔點(diǎn) 80.1℃ 沸點(diǎn)217.9℃，不溶于水，溶于無(wú)水乙醇、醚、苯，密度比水重，性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，主要用于合成鄰苯二甲酸酐等。

　　Refined naphthalene, also known as naphthalene (refined), is a white volatile crystal with a mild aromatic odor. Crude naphthalene has a coal tar odor, with a flash point of 80 ℃, a melting point of 80.1 ℃, and a boiling point of 217.9 ℃. It is insoluble in water but soluble in anhydrous ethanol, ether, and benzene. Its density is heavier than water and its properties are stable. It is mainly used for the synthesis of phthalic anhydride, etc.

　　以往的衛(wèi)生球就是用萘制成的，但由于萘的毒性，現(xiàn)在衛(wèi)生球已經(jīng)禁止使用萘作為成分精萘屬于4.1類危險(xiǎn)品即是易燃固體，應(yīng)密封貯存在陰涼處。

　　三是加強(qiáng)巡檢，時(shí)刻關(guān)注貨物狀態(tài)，確保無(wú)泄漏現(xiàn)象；

　　四是利用先進(jìn)的紅外測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)對(duì)貨物進(jìn)行溫度監(jiān)控即使精萘在場(chǎng)地發(fā)生貨物泄漏也不必驚慌，值班安全員在場(chǎng)地巡檢時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似泄漏情況會(huì)立即報(bào)給控制中心，之后穿戴輕型防化服抵近偵查，確認(rèn)泄漏情況后，調(diào)度員會(huì)安排正面吊將該集裝箱搬移至應(yīng)急處理區(qū)，啟動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處置方案，一旦內(nèi)部有異常高溫，會(huì)啟用應(yīng)急噴槍進(jìn)行持續(xù)降溫，待消防隊(duì)趕來(lái)后，與消防隊(duì)配合滅火，根據(jù)精萘的理化性質(zhì)，優(yōu)選干粉或二氧化碳滅火。

　　Fourth, the advanced infrared temperature measurement system is used to monitor the temperature of the goods. Even if refined naphthalene leaks at the site, there is no need to panic. The safety officer on duty will immediately report the suspected leakage to the control center when patrolling the site, and then wear light chemical protective clothing to approach the control center for investigation. After confirming the leakage, the dispatcher will arrange a front crane to move the container to the emergency treatment area, and start the on-site treatment plan. Once there is abnormal high temperature inside, the emergency spray gun will be used for continuous cooling. After the fire brigade arrives, it will cooperate with the fire brigade to extinguish the fire. According to the physical and chemical properties of refined naphthalene, dry powder or carbon dioxide is preferred for extinguishing.
