Naphthalene is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, which is the most abundant component in coal tar. It is usually obtained by distilling coal tar and recovering it from coke oven gas, and is composed of two condensed benzene rings. According to different purities, naphthalene can be divided into industrial naphthalene, refined naphthalene, and methyl naphthalene. Among them, industrial naphthalene has a lower purity, generally about 96%. After purification, impurity removal, and desulfurization processes, industrial naphthalene obtains high-purity refined naphthalene. The appearance of industrial naphthalene is white or slightly red, slightly yellow crystalline flakes, with a special odor, and is prone to volatilization and sublimation.

工業(yè)萘是重要的基礎(chǔ)化工原料，主要用于生產(chǎn)減水劑、精萘、苯酐、萘酚、萘胺、2，6 － 二烷基萘、2，6－ 萘二甲酸、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯( PEN)和H 酸等化工產(chǎn)品，是生產(chǎn)合成纖維、合成樹脂、增塑劑、橡膠防老劑、染料中間體、農(nóng)藥和醫(yī)藥等的原料。

Industrial naphthalene is an important basic chemical raw material, mainly used in the production of water reducing agents, refined naphthalene, phthalic anhydride, naphthol, naphthylamine, 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene, 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, polyethylene naphthalene dicarboxylate (PEN), and H acid and other chemical products. It is a raw material for the production of synthetic fibers, synthetic resins, plasticizers, rubber antioxidants, dye intermediates, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals.

近幾年來(lái)，我國(guó)工業(yè)萘進(jìn)口量遠(yuǎn)高于出口量。由于國(guó)內(nèi)萘法苯酐產(chǎn)能不斷增長(zhǎng)，工業(yè)萘市場(chǎng)缺口較大，且國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)萘市場(chǎng)價(jià)格偏高，工業(yè)萘出口量呈現(xiàn)出大幅下降態(tài)勢(shì)。從進(jìn)出口國(guó)家來(lái)看，我國(guó)工業(yè)萘主要從日本、韓國(guó)、澳大利亞等地區(qū)進(jìn)口，其中日本是我國(guó)工業(yè)萘主要進(jìn)口國(guó)家，進(jìn)口占比接近九成。

In recent years, the import volume of industrial naphthalene in China has far exceeded the export volume. Due to the continuous growth of domestic naphthalene phthalic anhydride production capacity, there is a significant gap in the industrial naphthalene market, and the domestic industrial naphthalene market prices are relatively high, resulting in a significant decline in the export volume of industrial naphthalene. From the perspective of import and export countries, China's industrial naphthalene is mainly imported from regions such as Japan, South Korea, and Australia. Among them, Japan is the main importer of industrial naphthalene in China, accounting for nearly 90% of imports.

我國(guó)工業(yè)萘生產(chǎn)企業(yè)數(shù)量較多，在環(huán)保監(jiān)管日益嚴(yán)格的背景下，部分工業(yè)萘落后產(chǎn)能逐步退出市場(chǎng)，短期內(nèi)大量進(jìn)口的局面尚無(wú)法改變。

There are many industrial naphthalene production enterprises in China. Against the backdrop of increasingly strict environmental supervision, some industrial naphthalene with outdated production capacity is gradually withdrawing from the market, and the situation of large-scale imports in the short term cannot be changed.
